Frank Allen

Frank Allen is a founding member and President of The Southern Maryland Active Recreation & Transportation Alliance. A New Englander by birth, Frank came to Southern Maryland to support Naval Air Station Patuxent River after serving in the Coast Guard. Like many before him, he found home in Southern Maryland. Now long retired from government service, you might say he never left his role as a public servant. When he’s not volunteering, you can find him walking, cycling, and rowing around the Western Shore.
